The obnoxious thing is that despite the fact that I ponied up for nicer seats specifically for Mr X's birthday, my nice seats were right behind This Woman:
Her head is MASSIVE! It didnt' matter that I was in the seventh row because her head filled nearly my entire view of the important part of the field! I was constantly twisting and craning my neck and camera in order to get these shots:
I also attempted to take pictures of the “Friday Friarworks”, which are always an ocular delight:
I can't speak (write) for Mr X, but I had a lovely night.

that is a big head. we have yet to go to a padres game this year. something about two kids and a baseball game doesn't sound fun. we might try the sand pit at the end of the outfield sometime.
Woooooo! I am so sourly disappointed that I couldn't have been there. I would have really appreciated that lady, what with your witty comments and Jeff's sarcasm.
That really stinks about that woman's giant head and hair but I can't help but laugh:) Daniel and I went to a movie in an old theater once and we seriously moved four times for this same reason. Either everyone around us has giant heads or we are just too short!

i agree about the fireworks...I can never get a good one.
