*A note about my Florentine cookies: They've morphed over the years - the bastardized result is more like a Florentiner and some Almond English Toffee had a baby. I happen to love it.

We are in the last gasps of packing. Dad's computer is off and Dad asked me to check your blog. Looks scrumptious! Dad smugly informed me that you are sending him some of your confections. I sure hope he shares! That has got to take patience. I am impressed.
