Today was one of the nicest Valentine's Days I can remember. First of all, I spent it with Mr X (as opposed to many years when one of us is traveling for work). Second, I had the day off work. Third, Mr X and I went snowboarding. Fourth, I made this for dessert:

Fifth, I received sweet Valentines in the mail from my nephews.

i already emailed you about my kid's valentines that are on the counter. now it's documented how late we are this year.
i'm glad you guys were together for valentines this year. did you buy heart molds for your dessert?
I bought a couple of heart molds a year or so ago at a clearance sale. They're great for this dessert but I've never used them for anything else.
