Mr X and I have been up to the same old things lately. It just so happens that I love those things so I'm happy with that. We went up to Steamboat for a long weekend again this past weekend. We have a few free passes to the mountain which we are trying to use to the best of our abilities and schedules.
On the way home I was on eagle watch because the last time we saw a couple of beautiful Golden Eagles. We hit the jackpot this time because we saw six or seven different Bald Eagles. As far as I know I've never seen one in the wild before. While we got some fairly close views of these incredible birds, I still wish we'd had Mr X's binoculars with us. Next time...
