Since I'm all about looking good these days...

This was almost the outfit I was planning on sporting to pick Mr X up at the airport. As you can see, the "prairie look" does a fantastic job of almost entirely concealing the fact that I have breasts. So I ultimately decided that coupling that dress with my new "boy" hair cut would be a bad idea. Back to the drawing board...

(Mrs Nye, on the other hand, is quite fetching in this dress despite the fact that she thinks she looks bad in brown...and prairie dresses in general.)

I bought a brown dress (without trying it on) last year because it was on insane clearance, it was really only $1.49. I was hoping it would become my favorite dress, and I could brag to everyone that it was so cheap. Turns out, it's more of an (and I don't know how to spell this...) Obi One Kanobi costume. Atleast that's what I thought I looked like. But I haven't gotten rid of it, because you never know when that look will be in style.

i forgot how nice we looked in those. those are coming back in style, but remember how i wacked your head trying to get out of it? maybe we should buy one for all the girls in the family and get our pictures taken in them.

Mindy - I guess you could always use your sweet $1.49 dress as a Halloween custom if it makes you look like Obi Wan Kenobi. :-)

A - We SHOULD get all the girls one of these dresses and then we can all wear them when we're together this summer. The boys will all love that, I'm sure.
