I know I keep talking about bus stuff - that's partially because I cannot divulge details of my work and nor will I because a few people from my work actually know about this blog. So that leaves my commute and my life outside of work to talk about here and since I'm not traveling or doing anything exciting right now - the bus is all I have. (So sorry about that!)
Anyway, back to my point... There is a new girl that has started riding my bus. She looks just like my SIL Nicole except she's got dark hair. So Nicole, you have an evil twin (or maybe you are the evil twin, I'm not sure) in Albuquerque NM. Lucky you. There's also a Bizarro Nicole that lives in Strasbourg, France. As of November of 06 she was working as a crepe maker in a little booth on the street. Since she was pretty bad at it I am hoping that she's moved on to something better suited to her skill set...or that she's vastly improved her mad crepe-making skilz. But she truly did look similar because both Mr X and I both had to do a double-take.
It may sound like I'm slightly obsessed with my SIL - I swear I'm not. I've seen some Bizaro Kevins, Bizarro Mr Ts, Bizarro Vickys and even a Bizarro Mindy before. Have you seen some of these people running around?

Wow, a post about me! Well... kind of. I had no idea that I had evil/incompetent dopplegangers out there in the world. It is fasinating and yet, disconcerting at the same time. I think I would rather have brilliant/jolly alternate nicole's out there representing. Let me know if you run into one of those.
Well they may be evil and imcompetent but at least they are pretty, right? I'll keep you posted if I see any more of you wandering around.
you're just saying kevin and me because you know i'm a reader...but yes-i have seen many look-a-likes! kevin and i love to spot "celebrities" in our wards. we've had david duchovny, will ferrell, angela lansbury, beaker from the muppets-weird, i know, but true!-and currently we have a dwight from 'the office', as well as the lead singer of coldplay.
even more strange, i have often seen what someone would look like if they were a different race. for example, i have a friend from college, that if she were asian, she'd look like ann curry from the today show. and, oddly enough, her husband, if he was black, would totally be labron james. my brother mike looks like jason kidd. a girlfriend here, if she were black, would look like monique coleman from high school musical (i realize you probably haven't seen this-but trust me).the list goes on--i've got a ton of these. and funny you should bring this up, because kevin and i both agree that most often we see jeff look-a-likes. ryan seacrest, huh?

Actually Mindy, there was a girl at the last place we went to church that look JUST like you. Mr X and I had no idea what her name was so we just called her 'Mindy' every sunday. And if Kevin gained about 100 pounds he'd look just like one of the guys on According to Jim. Oh and Mr X has gotten the Ryan Seacrest before, much to his dismay...

Ya the brother. Not in a mean way, of course, though - he's my favorite on that show, not that I watch it much.
i think it's great-and by the way, i don't ever take anything in a mean way. i don't even think you have a mean bone in you. at least as far as i can tell of what i've read. now we have something to look forward to if kevin ever lets himself go...
Ya, I sort of hope Kevin really lets himself go just so I can see how close he acutally is to that guy... ha ha. Kidding, that would be bad because if he got that big he'd probably accidentally roll over onto you in the middle of the night and crush the life out of you.
