I have been distressed to [gradually] discover that my favorite deodorant is no longer being carried by the usual stores from which I purchase it: Target, Walgreens, Longs, and even now drugstore.com. Boo hoo. I was running low and frantically searched all over for my deodorant but alas, I could not find it. Finally, using a tricky method and good timing I managed to find it once again at drugstore.com so I bought 5 of them. That's $18 worth of deodorant!
What kind of deodorant is it, you ask? It is made by Adidas and it is aluminum free and fabulous. It's deodorant, not antiperspirant. You might think that means I must get nasty pit-stains or something but rest assured that I don't.
I have tried other aluminum free deodorants and detested them. So I was thrilled to find this one and I'm upset that they might not be making it anymore. If you have any deodorant that you use and love, let me know because it looks like I'll need to find a new brand after my 5 sticks run out.

I just use plain old secret... nothing exciting. Have you ever tried those deoderant rocks? I had a roommate in college that always had one. I don't know if they work though - she was pretty stinky.
Actually I have tried those things and let me just say, I can definitely see why your roommate smelled. I think they may actually be worse than just going sans deodorant at all.
I tried to go aluminum free once with disasterous results. I use Dove Ultimate Clear. I love it, no white marks and no caking.
i seem to build up a resistance to various products-deoderant, face wash, soap. so i'm always in a rotation to keep my pits guessing. i rotate with dove, secret, and degree. (don't tell the pits)

Kiss My Face, that stupid rock crystal thing, Two types of Tom's of Maine, Alba (not the Jessica variety) and Jason Organics. I had high hopes for all of them as I tried to go chemical/aluminum free. NOTHING worked.
I STUNK! Bad.
It was embarrassing to say the least.
I'm back to Degree but feel closer to cancer and alzheimers every day.
have you guys tried certain dri? you put it on at night on top of using deoderant in the morning. it makes you not pitt out - so i guess it's really an anti-perspirant. it's been a life saver for stu and all his presentations.
